If no bottle in the seat, the machine will stop till bottle comes to place. The type of machine has many advantages like high speed labeling, low malfunction rate. If you want to change the bottle size (bigger, smaller), you only need to change some small components, such as gasket. The machine is made of high-quality stainless steel; its surface has been polished. It also is applies to GMP standard requirements.

The round container is transferred on the moving conveyer from the in built UNSCRAMBLER and positioned accurately by Feed-worm at the labeling point. The rotating glue cylinder receives cold glue from the glue pot which transferred on the glue rubber roller. Finally even and thin film of glue is transferred to the gluing pad.

The round container at the feed worm pushes the Micro Switch, which results in the oscillation of the label box. The rotating gluing pad picks-up one label from the oscillating label box

The pick-up cylinder receives this label with the help of vacuum. The round container at the labeling point is now wrapped around with the glued label, finally the moving container passes through a rubber pressing belt which ensures neat and perfect fixing of label.

The bottles are positioned by the infeed worm for wrap-around operation at the labelling point, the rotating glue cylinder receives cold glue from the glue tank, which gets transferred onto the Glue Rubber Roller.

Finally a thin film of glue is transferred to the gluing pad. The bottle moves onto the conveyor with the help of a worm, and the glued label from the pick-up cylinder is wrapped around the container via strip belts. Then the labeled bottle moves further through a rubber pressing belt & stationary rubber pad that ensures neat & perfect application of the label.
